FCM19840228The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and
Mary and Mr. Ellertson were also present. Ald. Colburn was
Penovich. Ald. DeAngelis, Gaetzke, Tomczyk, Nilsson, Jackie St.
absent.
The Committee discussed offers to purchase Martins and Malecki -
Bass Bay Sewer Project. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval with contingencies as listed. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed proposed sale of city-owned property on
Ruby Drive and Industrial Park. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
approval of sale and to accept offers which would be reviewed by
Finance Committee. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed inspection of Class A h B taverns by
Health Department. Ald. Penovich moved to defer to determine
number of taverns which would be affected. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke. Motion carried.
The Committee reviewed bids received - Kurtze Lane Sewer
Project. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of low bid by
Mainline Sewer and Water for $340,298.00 subject to meeting the
carried.

The Committee discussed request for Transfer of funds in the
amount of $1,300 from the Park Dedication Account to Recreation
Department Operating budget for office expansion with Recreation
Director Jackie St. Mary. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend transfer
request. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed vouchers pertaining to office expansion
and dance floor project, $258.00
and $94.00 Senior Citizens Trip Deposits carpet 2,797 Total. Ald.
Penovich moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
