MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 22, 1984
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and
Penovich. Ald. Gaetzke and Mr. Harry Udvare were also present.
The following persons appeared to apply for operators licenses:
Mark Hildebrand, Karen Welch, Theresa Frelka, Jeanne Stueck, and
Nancy Marx. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval subject to

The Committee discussed 1984 salary settlement, Maintenance
Man. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend 5% increase after 6 months employment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.

The Committee reviewed Maintenance Agreement with A.B.Dick at
cost of $477.00. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval.
Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald. Penovich moved to recommend approval of general vouchers in
the amount of $804,009.74. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion
carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of payment of sewer
utility vouchers in the amount of $32,665.98. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.M.
