MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 4, 1984
The meeting was called to order at 7:31 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and
Penovich. Also present were Ald. Gaetzke and Lt. Johnson.
The following persons appeared to apply for operators license:
Brian Williams
Georga Wilson
James Dimond
Debra Schaumberg
Debra Oleck
Marguerite Ingold
Mary Rozek
Ald Dumke moved to recommend approval subject to receipt of
favorable police reports. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
carried.
The following persons appeared to apply for "Class B" License for
Boxhorn's Trap "9". (Mr. Eduardo Garcia and Family - Lakeshore
Inn, Inc.) Ald. Dumke moved for approval subject to receipt of
carried. A letter from Mr. Bennett was received and placed on
favorable police report. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
file.
Mr. Larry Harder appeared to apply for operators license. Due to
police record and pending outcome of jury trial on January 16,
1984, applicants Temporary License has been extended to January
January 24, 1984.
25, 1984. Common Council will vote on operators license on
Ms. Elizabeth Trapman appeared to apply for Operators License for
the Little Store. Ald. Penovich moved to approve. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. Applicant was reminded that any
violation may jeopardize her license and may also jeopardize the
license for the "Little Store".
The Committee discussed TIF Expenditure - Rescue Vehicle (Tess
Corners Fire Dept.). Ald Penovich moved for approval of TIF
Dumke. Motion carried.
funds to be used for Rescue Vehicle ($50,000). Seconded by Ald.
The Committee discussed a request/for a Gathering Permit" for
February 4th and 5th at Idle Isle. Ald. Dumke moved to
approve. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed a grievance of Officer Neubauer. Ald.
Dumke moved to deny request. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
basis will not be compensated for that temporary time.
