Penovich seconded the motion, and the motion carried. The committee discussed counter offer of Mr. Pellmann (Bass Bay Sewer Project). Ald. Colburn moved to review the counter offer at the Common Council meeting. Ald. Penovich seconded the motion, and the motion carried. Ald. Colburn moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $1,957,303.68. Ald. Penovich seconded the motion, and the motion carried. Ald. Colburn moved to approve payment of the Sewer Utility Vouchers in the amount of $29,766.64. Ald. Dumke seconded the motion, and the motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn at 7:44 P.M.
