MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 13, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7:21 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Colburn, Dumke and
Penovich. Ald. DeAnEelis. Ald. Gaetzke. Ald.Tomczvk and Ald.

Colburn moved to recommend deferral until next Finance Committee
Meeting, pending review of his police report. Ald. Dumke seconded,

The committee reviewed agreement between Federated Library System
and the Library. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of
agreement. Ald. Penovich seconded the motion, and the motion
carried.
The committee discussed counter offer of Mr. Pellmann (Bass Bay
Sewer Project). Ald. Colburn moved to review the counter offer at
the Common Council meeting. Ald. Penovich seconded the motion, and
the motion carried.
Ald. Colburn moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $1,957,303.68. Ald. Penovich seconded the motion, and the
motion carried.
Ald. Colburn moved to approve payment of the Sewer Utility Vouchers
in the amount of $29,766.64. Ald. Dumke seconded the motion, and
the motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn at 7:44 P.M. Seconded by Ald. Colburn,
motion carried.
