MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 16, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and
Penovich. Ald. DeAngelis, Tomczyk, Nilsson and those persons per
the attached list.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's License:
Roselee Crnkovich Judith Davidson
Joanne Sippel Steven Frane
No recommendation was made to the Common Council because there
was no quorum and the above listed applicants were interviewed
prior to the meeting.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of Class B Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Pizza Burger
Systems, Inc. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed a request for permit - Muskego Corvette
Club for driving skill contest - Little Muskego Lake, February 5,
bond to be posted. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
1984. Ald. Dumke moved to grant permit with a $200.00 clean up
The Committee reviewed listing contract on the Industrial Park -
Mooney and Associates, Ltd. Ald Penovich moved to recommend
approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed request for Leave of Absence
(Telecommunicator). Lt. Johnson stated that the Police
Department was opposed to granting of leave. Ald. Penovich moved

The Committee discussed the old police tower with a
representative of Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department. Chief
Salentine stated that they need the tower at their Durham
Station. Ald. Penovich moved to give the tower to the Volunteer
Fire Department. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed the State Trust Fund Application Process
with Seegar Swanson. Ald. Dumke moved to allow Seegar Swanson to
Capital Budget. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
start initial process application for $280,000 for 1983-1984
The Committee discussed comments from Public Hearing on 1984
Budget.
Ald. Penovich moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in
the amount of $394,750.44 and $22,686.95 for Sewer Utility
Vouchers. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
