The Committee reviewed the claim submitted by Title Company of Minnesota regarding buildable status of the lot formerly owned by Ron Ford. The Committee recommended approval of legal lot status for the lot on Topaz Dr. (Tax Key No. 2174.978). Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers amount of $120.33.
