MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 2, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Colburn and
Dumke. Ald. Penovich was absent.

The Committee discussed the sale of the Weed Harvestor to the
Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District and
recommended that the agreement be submitted to the Council and
the Lake District for approval.
The Committee reviewed the claim submitted by Title Company of
Minnesota regarding buildable status of the lot formerly owned
by Ron Ford. The Committee recommended approval of legal lot
status for the lot on Topaz Dr. (Tax Key No. 2174.978).
Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers
amount of $120.33. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
