FCM198310190 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 19, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7.00 P. M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Colburn, Dumke and
Penovich, Ald. Nilsson, DeAngelis and Ald. Tomczyk.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's License:
Dennis Kurer
Mark Kaslow
Lori Riemer
Jill Bonney
Jeffrey Black
Ald. Colburn moved to recommend Council approval of the above
persons be granted an Operator's License, subject to favorable
police report. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed hiring of special counsel false alarm
ordinance). Ald. Dumke moved to recommend that legal counsel
be hired at expense of Hippenmeyer, Reilly, Arenz and Molter.
Seconded by Ald. Colburn. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed a request of Muskego Historical Society
for insurance coverage for artifacts in the Old Town Hall with
Mr. Chuck Damaske. The additional insurance would cost approximately
$125.00. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend to Council to add
additional insurance to 1984 budget. Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
Motion carried.
The Committee discussed lease or purchase of copy machine. Ald.
Dumke moved to purchase copy machine for $600.00 and include
service agreement. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Colburn. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7 32 P.M.
