Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Colburn. Aid. Gaetzke De Angelis, Recreation Supervisor Jackie St. Mary, Lt. Johnson, Chief Scholz were also present. Ald. Penovich arrived at 7:40 P.M. The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's License. Shirley O'Donnell Raymond Kartes Ald. Colburn moved to recommend Council approval of the above persons be granted an Operator's License, subject to favorable police report. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The Committee reviewed the 1984 Parks and Recreation Budgets. The Finance Committee recommended that Account #57200-7500 (Senior Citizen Activities) be reduced from $7,200 to $7,000. The Committee reviewed the Capital Budget. The Clerk was directed to add various Capital Budget-requests to the 1984 operating budget. ." e 'l'l~e Committee discussed use of Federal Revenue Sharing funds with City Clerk Charlotte Stewart. 'I'he Committee recommended that Revenue Sharing funds be used for General Government expenses. The Committee reviewed preliminary draft of 1984 Budget. The Finance Committee recommends that Building Inspection Budget should be reduced by $23,118.00 to reflect a cut of an extra man. Ald. Colburn moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
