MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 23, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7 20 P.M. by Chairman Salentine.
Also present were Committee h!embers Dumke, Colburn and Penovich.
Ald. DeAngelis, Tomczyk, Gaetzke and Nilsson were also present. a
Ald. Dumke moved for approval of a "Gathering Permit" for September
10, 1983 for the Hillendale Inn. Seconded by Ald. Colburn. Motion
carried.
The Committee discussed negotiating procedures. The Committee
decided that the President of the Council would accompany Mayor
to negotiations. If the Council President is unable to attend
the next senior council member will be invited, and so on down
the line. The alderman attending the initial session will continue
throughout the negotiating process. The h!ayor has also requested
that all aldermen submit negotiation requests if they have any.
Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of payment of General
Vouchers in the amount of $379,566.39. Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
Motion carried.
Utility Voucher in the amount of $15,359.02. Seconded by Ald.
Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of payment of Sewer
Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald Colburn moved to adjourn, Seconded by Ald, Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7 40 P.M.
