MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 9, 1983
Also present were Committee Members Colburn, Dumke and Penovich.
The meeting was called to order at 7:25 P.M. by Chairman Salentine.
Ald. Gaetzke, Nilsson, De Angelis, Mr. Bill Kuchera and Mrs.
Elertson were also present.
Ald. Colburn moved to approve a "Gathering Permit" for St. Leonards
Parish for Bingo from August 14th 1983 through June 24th, 1984 (a
one year fee in the amount of $220.00). Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to defer a request from E. H Lanke for Industrial
Development Revenue Bonds in the amount of $1,000,000 Seconded by
Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
The Comittee discussed expenditure of funds for repair work on
the Tess Corners Retention Project from TID #2, not to exceed
$4,858.00. Ald. Penovich moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
Motion carried.
The Committee discussed bids received for the Lembezeder/Gold Drive
Drainag,e Project. Ald Colburn noved to approve the low bid from
Reesman's Excavating in the anount of $74,111.55. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed Affidavit of Assessor The error in the
'affidavit is to be corrected by Pssessor. The Comittee recornended
deferral by the Council.
Ald. Colburn moved to adjourn. Seconded by PJd. Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7 :35 P.M,
