MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 14, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7:23 P.M. by Chairman
Colburn and Penovich, Aldermen DeAngelis, Nilsson, Tomczyk
Salentine. Also present were Cormnittee Members Dumke,
and Mr. Ellery.
The committee discussed the Police Department's request to sell a 1978 tape system for the best offer; to be
reviewed and accepted by Council. Ald. Colburn moved to
authorize the Police Department to place the ad. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed offer to purchase property from
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the offer.
Wallace J. Syring for Sewer Interceptor for price of $200.
Seconded by Ald. Colburn. Motion carried.
Ald. Colburn moved to approve payment of general vouchers
in the amount of $439,579.17. Seconded by Ald. Penovich.
Motion carried.
The Committee reviewed offer to purchase property from
Roland & Dorothy Haut for park purposes. Ald. Colburn
moved to approve purchase. Seconded by Ald. Penovich.
Motion carried with Ald. Dumke abstaining.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Colburn.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
