Penovich moved for the approval of a Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Carol Konczal (Landmark Caradaro) for the licensing year to end June 30, 1983. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The committee noted that the Class A license for Pick 'n Save was recommended for renewal with no change in the restrictions previously placed on the license. The committee reviewed the recommendation by the Capital Budgeting Committee that the Office Automation Study be imple- mented. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of payment not to exceed $3,000 from TIF #7 for Phase 11, Equip- ment Solicitation and Selection of the recommended equipment in an amount not to exceed $68,800. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, mot ion carried. The committee reviewed the 1983 Budget Status. It was noted the effective date is June 1, 1983. The committee discussed replacement of City Hall draperies at a cost of approximately $200.00. Ald. Penovich moved to approve, seconded by Ald. Colburn, motion carried. The committee discussed the two city-owned lots on Fairfield Drive. The committee decided to install "For Sale" signs on the two lots and will review this matter further at the next meeting. The committee reviewed the lease agreements between the Water Patrolmen and the City of Muskego. Ald. Colburn moved to renew the contracts with no change from 1982 - Gerald Warda, $1,400 (Little Muskego Lake); Oskar Michels, $400 (Lake Denoon); and, James Budish, $600 (Big MuskegoIBass Bay.) Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of payment of sewer utility vouchers in the amount of $10,213.35. Seconded by Ald. Colburn, motion carried. Ald.
