FCM19830524FINANCE COMMIlTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 24, 1983 The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Colburn and Penovich, Aldermen Nilsson, DeAngelis, Gaetzke and Tomczyk and Mr. Bill Kuchera. The committee discussed the application from Mr. John Christenson for an Operator's License. The committee acknowledged a letter from Officer Budish stating that applicants probation officer will not give favorable or unfavorable report until he meets with the applicant. The committee discussed the proposed agreement between the Land 0' Lakes Baseball Organization and the City of Muskego. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of the agreement. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The committee discussed the easement parcel of land (Heritage Bank) for installation of the sewer interceptor for $1,000.00. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of the purchase of the parcel. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The committee discussed easement parcel of land for the installation of sewer interceptor (iklewski in the amount of $1,157.00. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of the purchase. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. 0 Motion carried. The committee discussed easement of parcel of land for installation of sewer interceptor (David Ludwig) in the amount of $50.00. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the purchase. Seconded by Ald. Colburn. Motion carried. The cormnittee discussed the making of a Jurisdictional Offer (Ludwig- Strampe-Kurtze) in the amount of $210.00. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend the making of the Jurisdictional Offer. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. The committee discussed the easement of parcel of land for sewer inter- ceptor (The Elkin Co.) in the amount of $800.00. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend the purchase of the parcel of land. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. The committee discussed the easement of parcel of land necessary for installation of sewer interceptor (Miles Meiner4 in the amount of $997.00. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend purchase. Seconded by Ald. Colburn. Motion carried. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of payment of sewer utility vouchers in the amount of $12,587.37. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion e carried- Mr. John Christenson appeared to apply for Operator's License along with a letter from his probation officer stating that he has no objection to Mr. Christenson obtaining a license if the Common Council is willing to grant it.
