MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 10, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7:lO PM by Chairman Salentine.
Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Colburn and Penovich,
Aldermen Tomcyzk, Gaetzke, De Angelis, and Nilsson, Vi Joy, Bill
Kuchera, and City Clerk Stewart.
The committee discussed agreement between City and A-1 Service
Company at a cost of $1,498.00 for the season. Ald. Colburn I/. moved for adoption. Ald. Dumke seconded. Motion carried.
The committee discussed offer to purchase parcel of land in
Ald. Penovich moved for approval. Seconded by Ald. Colburn.
Industrial Park from Jansen Development to Lanson Industries.
Motion carried.
The committee reviewed location for placement of water buoys
by Water Bugs Ski Club. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend
approval subject to Water Bugs getting written approval from
neighbors 300 feet on each side of areas in question. secoaded
by Ald, Penovich. Motion carried.
The committee discussed authorizing expenditure of TIF funds
(TIF #7) for final asphalt lift on Industrial Park streets.
Ald. Dumke moved for approval. Seconded by Ald. Penovich.

The committee discussed authorizing expenditure for final
asphalt lift for Kelsey Drive and Muskego Dam Drive (TIF
Dist. #I). Ald. Dumke moved for approval. Seconded by
Ald. Colburn. Motion carried.
The committee discussed expenditure of TIF funds for improvement
of Tess Corners drainage water (TIF Dist. #2). Ald. Penovich
moved for approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The committee discussed authorizing funds for an engineering
study regarding Kelsey Drive drainage in the amount of
by Ald. Colburn. Motion Carried.

The committee discussed negotiations for the purchase of land
for Lake Meadows Park. The conunittee authorized Mayor and one member of Finance Committee to talk with Mr. Haut, Ald.
DeAngelis will also attend this meeting.
The committee discussed clarification of payout procedures for city
employees would be paid for accumulated sick leave of 120 days. Ald
employees. The committee decided that retiring or self-terminated
Colburn moved to clarify policy as stated above. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke. Motion carried.
