MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 12, 1963
The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M by Chairman Salentine.
Also present were Committee Members Klenz,Dumke and Penovich Ald.
Nilsson, Mr. Harry Udvare, Chuck Damaske and Vi Joy were also
present.
The committee reviewed a request from the Muskego Historical
Society to waive the $10.00 permit fee to hold and auction at the Old
City Hall on May 7th. Ald. Klenz moved to approve. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The committee discussed an agreement between the City and A-1
Service for the installation of sanitary facilities at the base-
ball complexes in the City at a yearly cost of $1,498.00. The
committee decided to send the agreement to council without
their recornendation.
The committee discussed a request from Jackie St. Mary to approve
$300.00 for Spring soccer Jackie St. Mary would disburse funds
already approved, check to be issued. Ald. Klenz moved to approve.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald Klenz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:58 P.M.
