The meeting was called to order at 7:17 P.M. by Chairman Salentine.

Also present were Committee Members Klenz and Penovich, Aldermen
Mr. Duane Elertson and Mr. William Kuchera. a The committee discussed the request of the Zoning Officer to attend
zoning conferences in Madison at a cost of $300.00. Ald. Klenz
moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
The committee discussed execution of lease agreement between the
Muskego Norway School District and the city for the use of Mill
Valley and Bay Lane Schools. Ald. Penovich moved to approve the
lease agreement. Seconded by Ald. Klenz. Motion carried.
The committee discussed extending the contingency and renewing the
offer to purchase a parcel of land in the city's industrial park
(Jansen Development). Ald. Klenz moved to reaffirm the city's
position. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald. Klenz moved for the payment of general vouchers in the amount
of $571,712.52. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald. Klenz moved for the payment of sewer utility vouchers in the
amount of $9,332.67. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald. Klenz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:27 P.M.
