MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 8, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7:18 P.M. by Chairman Salentine..
Also present were Committee Members Klenz, Dumke and Penovich,
Aldermen Penovich, Treba, Tomczyk and Colburn, Mr. EugCene Gaetzke,
Frank DeAngelis and Sun Reporter, Vi Joy.
The committee discussed the decision of the Vanden Plas court
case and possible appeal. Ald. Dumke moved to appeal with
worked out by Attorney Gross. Seconded by Ald. Klenz. Motion
stipulation of possible agreement with Mr. Vanden Plas to be
carried.
Ald. Klenz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:36 P.M.
