FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 22, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7:17 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Cormnittee Members Klenz,
Dumke, and Penovich, Ald. Treba, Ald. Colburn, Ald. Tomcyzk,
Ald. Nilsson, Mr. Kuchera, Mr Ellertson, Mr. Gaetzke, and
Mr. DeAngelis.
The Conunittee discussed selling of city owned lot on Fairfield
Drive (Parcel #l). Two offers to purchase have been received
on this property, On is for $18,500.00: the other is for
asked Mayor Salentine to write both parties and state that
$18,000.00. The Committee acknowledged both offers but
the Committee felt that $20,000.00 was a firm asking price.
Ald. Kenz moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion
carried, The meeting adjourned at 7:26 P.M.
