MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEhlBER 9, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7.02 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Klenz, Dumke and Penovich, Ald.
Colburn, Tomczyk, Treba, Nilsson and John Swain.
The Committee discussed the termination of the City Planner's service
Ald. Klenz moved that we terminate his services effective November
15, 19S2. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed the purchase of a parcel of land in City's
Industrial Park for $24,000.00. Ald. Klenz moved to recommend to
council acceptance of offer to purchase. Seconded by Ald. Dumke
Mot ion carried.
The Committee discussed the filling of the vacant cadet position at
the police department. Ald. Klenz moved to defer action till the
next Finance Committee meeting. Seconded by Ald Dumke Motion
carried.

At 7 17 P.M. Ald. Dumke moved to go into closed session. Seconded
(1) (E) Ald. Klenz moved to return to open session at 7 55 P.M..
Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried
The committee discussed expenditure of TIF Funds for Agricultural
to send it to council for discussion.
Impact Study for proposed park land. The committee recommended
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7.57 P.M..
Ald. Penovich moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion
