Ald. Klenz moved to recommend approval of the above listed pereons
to hold an Operator's License, subject to a favorable police report. Seconded by Ald. Peaovich. Motion carried.
Ald. I(1en.z moved to recornend Council approval of Class "9" Fermented
Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Richard Bennett for Trap "0" located at SQO W13Q70 Boxhorn Dr. Seconded by Ald. Due. Motion carried.
Ald. Klenz diecueeed problem at Jerry's Hideout and The Family
Connection taverns. He will keep the committee advised of their activities. '
The committee diecueeed h requset from Badgerland TNT to hold a
driving skill contest on Big lduskego Lake on January 30th and
February 13th, 1983. Ald. Klenz moved to waive the $200.00 fee in lieu of a $200.00 bond which would be returned if the property
and ice is properly cleaned within 24 hours. Seconded by Ald. Duke. Motion carried.

Mr. Michael misch of Sofeco Insurance CCapany. The C0mmittt.e Will continue thi8 decussion at a future meqting after the City's claim
of the pravioua three yeare are etudied.
The -ittee discussed a request from Gerald Lee for a lighting
ch-ge for outside of the city hall complex. The committee will review thiu matter at a future meeting.
The cmittee discuseed approving the audit contract with Conley, McDonald and Sprague k Co. for 1983 for the city's general fund,
the sever utility iund and the Big Yuskego Lake District. Ald. Klenz moved to recamend approval of said contracts subject to
the cost'of the Big Lake District not to exceed last year's contract.
Seconded by Ald. Due. Motion carried.
The caurmittee discussed the proposed 1083 Library Budget with
members of the Library Board.
The comittee discussed the Park and Recreation Budget with Jackie sct WY.
The c-ittee made the decision to recoaunend the Library Operating
Budget would be $51,460.00 and total wages to be $109,919.00.
