MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 13, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:32 P.M.
Nilsson and Treba, City Clerk Stewart, Police Chief Scholz, Lt.
Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Klenz, Aldermen Colburn,
Johnson and Mr. Frank DeAngelis.
The purpose of this meeting was to be an informal discussion as
it relates to 1983 City of Muskego budget requests.
The following were discussed as being concerns of the aldermen
present:
1. Revenues - Regarding RVS Cablevision - when will revenues
start to come into the city?
2. Should the Park Foreman increase Idle Isle revenues by having
an attendant during peak hours at minimum wage or less? Should
special interest groups be charged a minimum charge for use of
on duty? Additional parking could bring additional revenue. (A/c43413)
the park to recoup costs of having bathrooms open and an attendant
of old city hall building and Historical Society use.
3. Acct. #50100-3613. Check cost of electricity and other costs
0 4. Acct. #50100-3613. Cost of 1200 for VFW Parade.
5. Acct. #50400-2100. Professional services for Assessor.
6. Acct. #50500-2100. Legal fees including attorney fees for
Municipal Court and Sewer District. Also check into one retainer
fee for all legal services.
7. Acct.#52500-3613. Conferences and Special Events - Building
Inspection. Does more than one inspector have to be certified, etc.?
8. Acct. #57100. Library Budget. Questions arose as to average
figures used for last three years for budget
The meeting adjourned at 12:OO Midnight.
