MINUTES OF MEETING HEID OCTOBER 6, 1982
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 P.M. by Chairman Salentine.
Also present were Committee Members Klenz, Dumke and Penovich, Alder-
men Trebo, Colburn and Tcnnczyk, and those persons as per the attached list.
The fcdloaing persons appeared to apply for Operator's License:
Kimberly Loomis Bhqroq Collins
Kenneth Hinz
Charles Deischel
Ald. Klenz moved to recommend approval of the above listed persons to
hold an Operator's License subject to a favorable police report.
' Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to deny the request of John Metzger for the return
of $10.00 fee for Operator's License. Seconded by Ald. Klenz.
Ald. Klem moved to recommend approval of a transient merchant's permit for Rodney Ericksoa, subject to a check with the Better Business
Bureau. Fee for pennit to be $50.00 and to expire 6/30/83. Seconded
by Bld, Penovich. Motion carried.
The coPmittee discussed requests for Class "A" Fermented Malt Beverage
Licenses. Ald. Klenz moved to recommend approval of a Class "A"
Fermented Halt 'Beverage License for Open Pantry. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich. ALdermen Klenz and Penovich voted "aye". Ald. Dumke voted "nou1, The motion carried.
The committee discussed the proposed Park and Recreation Budget for1983
with Recreation Supervisor, Jackie St. Mary.
The c-ittee discussed the proposed Park Budget for 1983 with Park Forwan, Pqter Theia.
The cornittee discussed the 20 percent (20%) special charge by the
Little Mukego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District against
the city. The committee is sending the matter to the Common Council
without recommendation.
The committee discussed the Federal Revenue Sharing. Ald. Dumke
moved to place5143,OOO as the figure to be used at the public
hearing to b9 held on October 26, 1982 at 7:OO P.M. in the Council
Chambere. !
The committee discugeed the reconsideration of Ordinance #438, entitled,
Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Operator of the Government
and Administration of the City of Muskego for the Year 1982. This
matter is being reconsidered to include the Recreation Department's
reductions towards the city's 1982 deficit.
The committee discussed the use of TIF funds for a portion of the
Tess Corners Drainage Project. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend
TIF District No. Two for a portion of the Tess Corners Drainage
the u8e of TIP Funds An the amount of $10,000.00 to be taken from
Project. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Klens moved to recommend approval of payment of vouchers in
the amount of 5146,082.98. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
cprried.
Ald. Klenz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald: Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 1O:lO P.M.
