MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 24, 1982
The meeting was called to order at 7.16 P.M. by Chairman 'Salentine.
Also present were committee members Klenz and Penovich. Ald. Colburn
also present.
Treba and Tomczyk and those persons as per the attached list were
Ald. Klenz moved for payment of sewer utility vouchers in the amount
of $10,388.90. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed the request of Jansen/Lanson for Industrial
Revenue Bonds in the city's industrial park. Ald. Klenz moved to
recommend waiving of public bidding required for industrial develop-
ment revenue bond and initial resolution regarding industrial
revenue bonds for Jansen/Lanson Development. Seconded by Ald. Penovich
Motion carried.
Ald. Klenz moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7.32 P.M.
