FCM198206300 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 30, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 6 31 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Klenz, Dumke and Penovich.
Ald. Treba, Nilsson, Chief Scholz, Jean Sanders, Charlotte Stewart,
Seegar Swanson, Auditors from Conley, McDonald & Sprague and
those persons as per the attached list.
The 1981 Audit was discussed by representatives from Conley,
McDonald & Sprague. Numerous discussion took place. The
1981 Sewer Utility Audit was also discussed.
It was recommended by Seegar Swanson that the Finance Conunittee
look at the possibility of raising the sewer usage fee. The
Conunittee will discuss this at a later meeting.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9; 35 P.M.
