FCM198206220 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 22, 1982 The meeting was called to order at 7:42 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Klenz, Dumke and Penovich, Ald. Nilsson, Ald. Tomczyk, Ald. Treba, Ald. Colburn and Attorney Molter were also present. The Committee discussed the grievances by Telecommunicators. Ald. Klenz moved to deny both grievances. Ald. Klenz and Ald. Dumke voted aye. Ald. Penovich voted no. Ald. Klenz moved to accept the low bid for the drilling of a well at Bluhm Park, their were two contractors who bid, Egofski-Porter $2,062.00. Ald Penovich seconded the motion to accept the low bid in the amount of $2,054.00 and Roschi Brothers in the amount Of of Egofski-Porter in the amount of $2,054.00. Motion carried. Attorney Molter discussed recommendation regarding Stipulation and Order for Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend signing the stipulation in the amount of $4,366.00. Seconded by Ald. Klenz. Motion carried. Ald. Klenz moved to recommend the approval of payment of vouchers in the amount of $198,008.94. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. of $15,701.88. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. Ald. Klenz moved to approve Sewer Utility vouchers in the amount The Committee decided that a temporary occupancy permit for Richard and Marlene Simandl would be returned to the Public Welfare Committee. Ald. Klenz moved to approve dump refuse hauling permits for the following, Waste Management of Milwaukee United Waste Systems 0 Seconded .~ ~ b2 Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. A1d. Klenz moved to approve a Salvage and Recycling permit for James Kohne Salvage. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. Ald. Kelnz moved to approve the operation of a popcorn wagon within the city for Gerald Schwartz. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. - - Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Penovich.
