MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 17, 1982
The meeting was called to order at 7 30 P.M. by Acting Chairman
Dumke. Also present were Aldermen Radtke and Salentine, Police
Chief Scholz, Mr. Harry Bielfuss and Mr. Harry Udvare.
The following persons applied for Operators License

Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of the above listed persons
to hold an Operator's License, subject to receipt of favorable
police reports. Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Motion carried.
Mr. Mike Fitzgerald of the Water Bugs Ski Club appeared at the
meeting to request permission to conduct various skiing activites
on Little Muskego Lake. Ald. Radtke moved for approval of the
DNR request to have application and proper filing of the forms
reviewed by the city clerk. Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Motion
carried.

The committee reviewed the minutes of the meeting held 3/3/82 and
same were amended to include the words "seconded by Ald. Radtke"
on the paragraph regarding TIF equipment.
The committee discussed guidelines for city travel by elected
officials and city employees. Ald. Salentine moved to recommend
to the Common Council the extending the present policy of line
items in the city budget for conferences, etc. and all non-line
continue the present procedure of having line items in the budget
items over $20.00 to require Finance Committee approval and to
reviewed by the Mayor. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
Mr. Harry Udvare appeared at the meeting to request the Finance
Committee to make the city budgets more understandable by including
a further breakdown of the dollar amounts in the budget.
Ald. Salentine recommended the Mayor review the possibility of
selling the existing lots in the city's industrial park with
Finance Committee at the next meeting. Ald. Radtke requested
Mooney & Associates, Ltd. and report back to the members of the

as to tax advantages or disadvantages, cost, timing, etc. in
regarding to industrial park expansion.
