MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 12, 1982
The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Acting Chairman
Dumke. Also present were Committee Members Radtke, Salentine.
Ald. Klenz and Chief Scholz were also present. Mayor Gottfried ,* arrived at 7 30 P.M
Chief Scholz appeared to explain the investigation of the cleaning
service proposals. There was no action required since the
resolution is not on the agenda.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend voucher approval in the amount of
$90,989.62 ( $241,814.22 approved at the council meeting later).
Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
Ald. Salentine moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. The
meeting adjourned at 7 55 P.M.
