MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 6, 1982
The meeting was called to order at 8.30 P.M. by Chairman Gottfried

Ald Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of the above listed
persons to hold an Operator's License, subject to receipt of a
favorable police report.

Motion seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
The minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held December 15, 19S1
were reviewed and the word "deputy" was removed from the paragraph
relating to mileage for the Building Inspection Department.
The committee reviewed the bids received for janitorial services
for the citv hall-library and police building. Ald. Radtke mo\:ed
to defer actjon on the bid. Seconded by Ald Dumke hlotion
carried,
Ald Salentine moved to recommend to the Common Council that
inspection personnel in the Building Inspection Department bc
of 20$ per mile and that each inspector shall maintain a daily
reimbursed for actual miles driven on city business at the rate
log of the miles driven on city business. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke. Motion carried.
Mr. Harold DeBack appeared at the meeting to apprise the Finance
Committee of the fact that his property is available for purchase
by the city if they are interested in expanding the industria1
park.
Ald. Radtke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. hlotion
carried The meeting adjourned at 10 15 P.h!.
