MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 18, 1981
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman
Gottfried. Also present were Committee members Radtke, Dumke
and Salentine, and Ald. Penovich, Chief Scholz and Ald. Knudsen.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's License:
Arden Millard Sandra Hollencamp
Kim Kreuzer Joseph Preiser
Ald. Dde moved to recommend approval of the above listed persons
to hold an Operator's License, subject to receipt of favorable
police reports. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
Ald. Salentine moved to recommend approval of a gathering permit
Muskego Lake, Schubring Bay, on January 16, 1982, and to waive
for the Corvette Club to hold its annual gymkhana on Little
the $200.00 permit fee. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Dde moved to recommend to the Common Council that the
February 7 and 21, 1982 be waived. Ald. Radtke seconded the
$200.00 permit fee for Badgerland TNT 4 x 4 Club events on
motion. Motion carried.
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of payment of vouchers in
the amount of $199,269.26, plus payment of $3,240 to Morgan
Thieland ( arage addition) and $2,834 (City of West Allis),
and minus t 215.00 payment to the Women's Club which was previously
approved, for total vouchers of $205,128.26. Seconded by Ald.
Salentine. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed at,,length the procedure which should be
followed in attempting to obtain reimbursement for the sealcoating
failure in 1980. Mayor Gottfried was directed to have the City
Attorney contact Ruepert Construction regarding the matter.
The Committee noted that the Jewel Crest lot has been sold by

Ald. Salentine moved to transfer the sum of $200.00 from Account
52000-3216, Field Operations to Account 52000-3212, Other
Supplies and Expenses. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of the maintenance
agreement between Motorola and the Police Department for a
period of six months, in the amount of $336..50 per month.
Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Motion carried.
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend to the Common Council approval
of an agreement between the Federated Library System Board and
the City of Muskego. Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Motion carried.
The minutes of the meeting held November 5, 1981 were reviewed
and placed on file.
The Committee acknowledged receipt of $600,941.51 in shared
taxes from the State of Wisconsin.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
