The CQiNnittee discussed the Offers to Sell they have received from property owners in the city's industrial park. The Finance Committee
with the necessary funds being borrowed from the Capital Budget
is recommending the city buy both the Hourihan and the Steska(properties
Unappropriated Surplus funds.

by Ald. Snlentine. Motion carried.
The committee acknowledged receipt of an Offer to Sell 98.326 acres of
land from Raymond Wallner in the amount of $1,500,000.00.
Upon the recommendation of the Public Safety Committee Chairman, Ald.
Knudsen, the committee agreed to place an ad in the Muskego Sun to
obtain a new Animal Warden.
