MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 11, 1981
n The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 7 00 P.M.
Ald. Robert Klenz.
Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Radtke, Salentine and
Paul De Angelis appeared to discuss the tent at Country Fair
Days for August 28th, 29th and 30th. Ald. Radtke moved to
with the amended request to read "The Hydro Parts Grounds.
recommend the Gathering Permit for V.F.W. Country Fair Days
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Salentine moved to transfer funds from Account #
55200-3412 Sand, Stone and gravel - $3,500 to Account #
Account #55300-3414 Signs, posts and guide boards $2,000
55700-3311, Gasoline, oil, grease and tires and From
to Account #55700-3311, Gasoline, oil, grease and tires.
Seconded by Ald. Radtke.
