MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 20, 1981
The meeting was called to order at 8 00 P.M by Chairman Gottfried. Also
present were Committee Members Dumke, Radtke and Salentine.

Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of the above applicants of

to release $1,000 bonds presently held by Tess Corners Fire Dept., the
Bass Bay Sportsmen Club and William Ritzman. The committee noted that
under the city's newly adopted procedures, holding tank bonds are no
longer required. Ald. Radtke moved to authorize the release of the
bonds. Seconded by Ald Salentine. Motion carried.
City Attorney Molter appeared before the committee to discuss the
Finance Committe's desire to develop an agreement between Tudor Oaks
and the City of Muskego. He reviewed past opinions given by Attorney
Wisconsin Municipalities and court cases relating to such matters. The
John Buckley as well as himself, by the Attorney for the League of

options available to both parties.
