FCM19810520FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 20, 1981 The meeting was called to order at 8 00 P.M by Chairman Gottfried. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Radtke and Salentine. The following persons appeared to apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License Carol Duvall Lloyd Olsen The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's Licenses: Julie Bounton Lloyd Olsen Todd Flasch Robert Riddle Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of the above applicants of by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. Operator's Licenses, subject to favorable police reports. Seconded Jackie St. Mary, Recreation Supervisor, appeared at the meeting to request that the Finance Committee authorize the Clerk to issue a check of the city She explained the exact amount of the check will not be to cover the cost of mailing the summer program schedule to the residents known until the mailing is made, however, it is estimated it would be approximately $430.00. Ald Salentine moved to authorize the Clerk - the Park and Recreation Department's summer program mailing. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried. The committee noted that under the city's newly adopted procedures, holding tank bonds are no longer required. Ald. Radtke moved to authorize the release of the bonds. Seconded by Ald Salentine. Motion carried. City Attorney Molter appeared before the committee to discuss the Finance Committe's desire to develop an agreement between Tudor Oaks and the City of Muskego. He reviewed past opinions given by Attorney Wisconsin Municipalities and court cases relating to such matters. The John Buckley as well as himself, by the Attorney for the League of committee agreed to explore with the administrator from Tudor Oaks options available to both parties. The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file The Finance Committee reviewed the requests for the various licenses and will send their recommendation to the Common Council on June 9th Comptroller to issue a check to the Post Office to cover the cost of t 6 The committee reviewed the vouchers in the amount of $168,641.19.
