MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 18, 1981
present were Committee Members Weed, Dumke and Radtke, Police Chief
The meeting was called to order at 7 30 P,M. by Chairman Gottfried Also
Scholz, Ald. Knudsen and Mr. Robert Klenz.
Mr. Randal Frami and Mr. Daniel Youssi appeared at the meeting to
apply for a Class "A" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor
License for the Crossroads Beer Depot on Martin Drive. Ald. Weed moved

Police Chief Scholz appeared at the meeting to request approval of
a service agreement between the city and Ken Com Engineering for
radio and base maintenance at a cost of $367.00 per month. Ald.

Radtke moved to recommend Council approval of said agreement Seconded
The committee discussed quotations for rubbish disposal for the city
hall-library and for the police department. Ald. Radtke moved that
the quotation of Fawest Disposal in the amount of $40.00 per month
for city hall-library pickup and $20.00 per month for the police
department be accepted. Seconded by Ald. Weed. Motion carried.
A request from Supt. Bertram to purchase a coffee and soup machine

Ms. Constance Emanuele appeared at the meeting to apply for an
Operator's License. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval
of same. Seconded by Ald. Weed. Motion carried.
The minutes of the February 4th.1981 Finance Committee were reviewed
and placed on file.
Ald. Weed moved to recommend approval of payment of vouchers in the
Ald. Dumke moved to add to the vouchers payable $200 00 to Mr Cook
amount of $103,156.24. Seconded by Ald Radtke. Motion carried
for work done on park signs. Seconded by Ald Radtke Motion
carried.
A request from Mr. Grant Frederickson. Librarian, to hire a desk
attendant was reviewed. Mayor Gottfried was directed to request
an organizational chart of the employees of the Library
Ald. Weed moved to recommend to Common Council that funds from the
1981 capital budget for the Bluhm Park Project 111 in the amount
of $35,000.00 be approved. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.

be referred back to the various departments of the city with
Works Department. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried
directions to reaffirm their needs with the exception of the Public
