Also present were Committee Members Weed, Radtke and Dumke, Ald.
The meeting was called to order at 7:OO P.M. by Chairman Gottfried.

Ald. Weed moved to release the requested amount of $20,000.00 to
Wolf Construction Company for work done on the Bluhm Park Project.
Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
The committee reviewed communication indicating the final winter-
ization of old city garage amounted to 53,335.26.
Communication was reviewed from Charles Damaske of the Muskeco Fine
Arts Association requesting the Finance Committee consider the
payment of the electric utility charge and the sewer usage charge
in the 1981 city budget Ald. Radtke moved that the Finance
Ald. Radtke moved that the Finance Committee be authorized to use
the library’s overhead projector for training purposes, as needed.
Seconded by Ald Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald Dumke moved to recommend the Common Council authorize the
borrowing of $1,225,000 00 and the adoption of Resolution 9187-80.
(TIF and other corporate purposes). Seconded by Ald. Radtke
Motion carried
