FCM19801022FJNA.NCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO 0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 22, 1980
Thameeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 7.40 P.M.
Also present were eommittee Members Weed and Radtke, Ald. Salentine
and Sun Reporter Pat Dallman.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's-License: 4 Kelley hlageske
Elizabeth Trapman
Ron Acker
Jerry Ziolecki
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of the above listed persons
to obtain Operator's Licenses subject to receipt of necessary
application from Kelley Mageske and favorable police reports.
Seconded by Ald. Weed. hlotion carried.
Jackie St. Mary and Peter Theis appeared at the meeting to discuss
the Parks and Recreation proposed 1981 budget for that department.
The committee reviewed vouchers in the amount of $309,842.26.
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend Council approval of same. Seconded
by Ald. Weed. Motion carried.
- Ald. Weed moved to recommend Council approval of an amendment to
Section 11.04 of the Municipal Code which would provide that the
fee be increased to $20.00 per truck or vehicle except that if an
applicant applies for licenses for more than ten trucks, he may
obtain a fleet permit for an annual fee of $200.00 plus $6.00 for each
additional truck. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.

Ald. Weed moved to transfer in the amount of $504.60 from Account
#52000-1113 Water Patrolmen Salaries and Wages to Account #52000-1111
Dispatchers Overtime Salaries and Wages. Seconded by Ald. Radtke.
Motion carried.
Ald. Radtke moved to approve payment in the amount of $75.00 to Sgt.
Wolfgram for damage to eye glassess while on duty. Seconded by Ald.
Weed. Motion carried.
The committee directed Mayor Gottfried to draft a resolution
relating to the Waukesha County Federated Library System with
no recommendation to the Council.
Ald. Radtke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Weed. Motion
carried.
