FCM198009170 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 17, 1980 The meeting was called to order at 7 05 P.M by Chairman Gottfried. Also present were Committee Members Weed, Dumke and Radtke and Ald. Steinberg The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's Licenses: Shannon Mary Sullivan Lauren Jorgensen Harry Deja Ald Weed moved to recommend approval of the above listed persons, Dumke Motion carried. subject to receipt of favorable fingerprint reports Seconded by Ald Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of payment of general vouchers in the amount of $174,332.77? Seconded by Ald Dumke. Motion carried The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file 0 Ald. Weed moved to recommend approval of Gathering Permits for St Leonard's Bingo Association for 19 Sundays (from October 5, 1980 to June 14, 1981). Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried The committee reviewed a communication from the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation indicating that Transportation Aids to municipalities will be reduced by 7% for the year 1981. Same placed on file. The committee acknowledged receipt of a communication from the State of Wisconsin advising communities that the State Statutes have been amended to remove the maximum $5.00 fee for Operators Licenses. The Committee reviewed a request from Clerk-Comptroller Stewart collecting delinquent rescue bills. Ald Dumke moved to grant for permission to use a collection agency to aid the city in the request Seconded by Ald. Radtke Motion carried Mayor Gottfried advised the committee that the equalized v2l11r for the City of Muskego is $360,308,820 00, an increase of of equalized value totaled $8,691,460 00. $40,633,050 00 He further indicated that the total increment The committee acknowledged receipt of a communication from Building employment with the city sometime in December.
