MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 3, 1980
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 7 30 P.M.
Also present were Committee hlembers Weed, Dumke and Radtke.
The committee interviewed the following persons for Operator's
Licenses.
Shirley Kucharczyk William Kassulke
Patricia Kassulke Michael Sullivan
Amy Tennessen
persons to have Operators Licenses. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend Council approval of the above listed
carried.
The committee reviewed a communication from Chief Scholz regarding
damages to wristwatches owned by John Daley and Officer Budish as
a result of their response to problems at the VFW Country Fair
Days. The committee noted that the city's agreement with the MPPA
provides that the city will pay for such damages. Ald. Weed moved
Daley and Officer Budish. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. to authorize payment for damages to wristwatches owned by Sgt.
0 The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
The committee reviewed the vouchers in the amount of $21,878 54.
Seconded by Ald Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of payment of the vouchers.
Ald. Weed moved to approve request for city clerk to issue a check
in the amount of approximately $400.00 for brochure mailing from
account #57200-24002. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. hlotion carried.
There being no further business Ald. Radtke moved to adjourn.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned.
