The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at.8:00 P.M. The following persons appeared to apply for 0perator"s Licenses: Delores Berube Wayne Franzen Michael Becker Alice DuPrey- Michael Kopca Mary Hanzel Larry Musolf Ernest Youssi Aid. Dmke moved to recommend Council approval of Operator's Licenses for the above,listed persons, subject to favorable police reports. Seconded by A-ld. Radtke. Motion carried. Aid. Weed moved to recommend approval of permit to operate recycling center for Kohne Salvage. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The report of the previous meeting held 6/24/80 were reviewed and approved. The committee discussed the possibility of employees over age 55 entering into the city's retirement program. Ald. Radtke moved to recornend to the Common' Council to include employees over 55 in the city's Retirement Program. Seconded by Ald. Weed. The committee discussed a request for industrial revenue bonds for Marek, Lithographics, Inc. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of Resolution #132-80, Initial Resolution Regarding Industria Development Revenue Bonds, Seconded by Ald Radtke. Motion carried. Replesrntatives of the l-luskego liist~orical Society met with the Finance Coamittee to discuss che renewal of a lease for the fol~nier city hall which has expired. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. The motion carried 'The committee considered the recommendation of the Sewer Cornittee to refund overcharges in sewer usage fees for Doggie Botique and Thomas Jewelers. Aid. Radtke moved to recommend to the Conunon Council that refunds in Sewer usage fees for $104.00 to Thomas Jeweler- and $52 00 to Doggie Botique be paid. Seconded by Ald. Dude. ~otion carried. .- '\ \ . Motion carried. 8 AS a result of an audit by the State of Wisconsin the city has beer: advised that the total equalized value for the T.I.F. districts in the city, as of January 1, 1979, is $15,330,000.00. Correspondence received from Teamsters Local #695 indicating they a ready to negotiate for the year 1981. Same placed on file. .. Correspondence was reviewed from the Waukesha Department of Aging stating the amount of money approved to develop the Denoon Senior Center is $2,779.00 instead of $2,855.00. The committee discussed the use of cartridges for-the Xerox machine Mayor Gottfried will contact the company to research different possibilities. Ald. Weed moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Radtke.
