MINUTES OF mETING HELD JUNE 24, 1980
The meeting was called to order at 7:OO P.M. by Chairman Gottfried.
Also present were Committee Members Radtke, Weed and Dumke:
& The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
Mayor Gottfried advised that the following people were interviewed for
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of the license requests. Sec-
Operators Licenses: Diane Dewandowski. Wayne Forbes and Sylvia Andrews

Ald. Radtke moved to recommend approval of Popcorn Wagon for Gerald
Schwartz and Gerald Moore. Seconded by Ald Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Weed moved to recornend approval of Dump Refuse Hauling Permits
for the following:

Best Disposal Moeller Disposal, Inc

Ald Dumke moved to recommend approval o€ Trap and Rifle License for
Schultz Rod and Gun Club, Dan Posielenzny, President Seconded by Ald.
Weed Motion carried
Ald. Radtke moved to rec'omi'end approval of a "Gathering Permit" for
Little Muskego Lake Association for July 18, 19 and 20, 1980 at Idle
Isle Beach. Seconded by Ald. Dumke Motion carried.
Ald Radtke moved to recommend approval of a Waterski Jump in Little
Muskego Lake from 6/25/80 to 7/8/80. Seconded by Ald Weed Motion
carried. .
Ald Radtke moved to recorrmiend-approval of-a-Swimming Beach Permit
for Steve Oschmann for Aud Mar Beach Seconded by Ald Weed. Motion
carried
Ald Weed moved to amend Resolution #95-80 to establish the following
salary for the Assistant Sewage Treatment Plant Operator:
Start: $1,132.25 Mo. 6 Mths. $1,184 25 18 Mths. $1.2.36.6
Seconded by Ald. Dumke Motion carried
Ald Dumke moved to recommend to the Common Council that the vacant
position of Assistant Sewer Treatment Plant Operator not be filled at
this time and that a Utility Maintenance Man be hired at the 6 Month 9 step of the salary range ($1,184.25 Per Mo .) Seconded by Ald. Weed.
Motion carried.
Ald. Weed moved to recommend to the Common Council that the Public
Works Department wages and benefits be amended as follows:
1. Wages - 7% increase as of 1/1/80 and 3% on 7/1/80.
2. Amend the City's Retirement Program to provide .44C
per hour contribution or a .09C per hr. raise.
- - 3. Amend the 1iG'insurance to $13,000.00.
4. Provide the following longevity program:
10.00 per mo. after 10 years of service
$5.00 per mo. after 5 years of service
15.00 per mo. after 15 years of service
5. Provide that no employees shall accrue any vacation
however, that once an employee shall accrue six
until after six months .of employment, pro-vided,
months of seniority, he shall earn vacation from
theb,first date of hire.

Ald. Radtke .moved to approve the quote of $1,580.00 for the inst:
of a sewer and water main from the road to the lot line to serve
Burazin Building in the city's industrial park. Seconded by Ald
15otion carried.
Aid. Dmke to authorize the release of a $300.00 cash bond
provided by Adrian Schmidt in September, 1977. Seconded by Ald-
tion on carried. The comittee noted that the $300.00 was to cov*
1% plan review and that Mr. Schmidt has paid for all plan review:
engineering fees.

Aid. Radtke presented .a request for $750.00 to cover the cost of
fireworks display at the Muskego Funfest. The matter was deferr
until the next meeting of the committee.
