The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chaimjan Gottfried,
Also present were Committee Members Weed, Dumke and Radtke, Aldermen
Knudsen and Salentine
Sandra-Flasch appeared at the meeting to apply for an Operators
License Ald. Radtke moved to recommend Council approval of same.

Ald. Radtke moved to recommend Council approval of a Gathering Permit
for St. Leonard's St. Vincent DePaul Society for 5/30/80. Seconded
by Ald. Weed. Motion carried
Police Chief Scholz appeared at the meeting to request transfer of
funds in the amount of $1,400.00 from Acct. #52000-3910, Police
Events~,-to permit him- to attend the FBI National- Academy Retraining
Vehicle Replacement,..to Acct. #52000-3613, Conferences and Special
Conference held in Chicago and the International Association of
Chiefs of Police Conference to be held in St, Louis. Chief Scholz
indicated that the bids for squad cars were less than had been
anticipated. Ald. Weed.moved to deny the request of Chief Scholz.
Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
Mr. Mike Fitzgerald appeared at the meeting to request permission 0 sunset, seven days a week, two weeks at a time, from April 15th
to place a waterski jump on Little Muskego Lake from 7;OO A.M. to
to possibly the middle of October, He also requested permission to
place a slalom waterski-course in the same area, Action on the
request was deferred for two weeks.
Ald. Radtke moved to recommend Council approval of payment of vouchers
in the amount of $230,093.31. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion
carried.
The committee reviewed correspondence from the Dept, of Revenue
Gottfried advised the committee that the application will be revised
regarding the city's application of Operator's Licenses Mayor
to that of the State's recommendation.
The committee acknowledged receipt of $55,552.04 in transportation
aids from the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation.
The Committee acknowledged receipt of $40,878.65 in State aids due
to exemption of manufacturing machinery and equipment,

Correspondence received from City Treasurer Jean Sanders indicating
that interest earned on the Real Estate Tax Account amounted to a $61,218.62.
Ald. Dumke moved to transfer $5.00 from the Library Acct. #57100-3614,
Petty Cash to Acct #57100-3211, Dues and Memberships, seconded by
Ald. Weed. Motion carried.
Members of the Muskego Historical Soaiety will be invited to the
next meeting of the conunittee to discuss their lease, etc. with the
city.
Ald. Radtke moved to go into executive session to consider employ-
ment, promotion, compensation and/or performance evaluation. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned.
