MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 19, 1980
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 7:12 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Ford, Tomczyk and Dumke, Ald.
Weed, Mrs. Nelson and Mrs. Feldman.
Mr. Feldman appeared at the meeting to inquire as to whether or
not the city was to pay for the telephone installed for animal
warden service. The committee advised Mrs. Feldman that it had
been the intent of the city to pay for the installation of the
telephone, however she was responsible for the monthly statement.
The committee reviewed the vouchers in the amount of $259,961.94.
Ald. Ford moved to recornend approval of payment of the vouchers.
Seconded by Ald Tomczyk. Motion carried.
The committee reviewed a recommendation from the Parks and
Recreation Board to sell-a 1975 Tor0 Sand-Pro. Ald. Dumke moved to
recornend Council approval of the offer. of the--City~ of New Berlin
by Ald. Ford. Motion carried.
in the amount of $1,515-.00 for the used Tor0 Sand-Pro. Seconded
0 for sale the three city-owned lots in the Fountainwood Subdivision.
The committee authorized Mayor Gottfried to negotiate and advertise

The committee acknowledged receipt of a communication from the Dept.
of Transportation advising the city's supplemental transportation aids
would be in the amount of $22,220.81.
A request was made to the Finance Committee to determine whether or
not the city could be responsible for the liability insurance on the
old city hall presently being used by the Muskego Historical Society
by Ald. Ford. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:47 P M.
There being no further business Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded
