MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 21, 1979
The meeting was called 'to order by Chairman Gottfried at 7:30 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk and Dumke. Alderman
Weed was also present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed. Ald. Tomczyk
moved to correct that portion of the minutes regarding the night
desk attendant of the Library by including wages to be raised
from $3.00 to $3.15 retroactive to November 1, 1979. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Following a review of the vouchers, Ald. Tomczyk moved to
recommend to the Council, approval of payment of vouchers in the
amount of $212,805.15. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.

The cormnittee reviewed a request from the Parks and Recreation
Board for the extension of the CETA Special Work Projects from
2/20/80 to 9/30/80. Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend to the
Cman Council, approval of the request. Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
Motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried advised the committee that when the city took
over ownership of the holding tanks at Tudor Oaks and the lift
stations which are serving Tudor Oaks, Lake Lore and Lake
Brittany Estates Subdivisions, responsibility for the utility
Mayor to advise the Clerk that all utility bills for the above
bills rested with the city. Ald. Tomczyk moved to direct the
three locations, beginning with the usage charges for the
period ending 11/8/78, are the responsibility of the sewer
utility.
The committee acknowledged receipt of a claim from Ronald TenBroek
in the amount of $255.44 for damages to his boat and motor.
The claim was referred to the city's insurance carrier.
The committee acknowledged receipt of a grievance filed by the
MPPA regarding limitations of compensatory time off.
Recreation Board that Schreiber and Associates be authorized
The committee reviewed a recommendation from the Parks and
