MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SPETEMBER 25, 1979
The meeting was called to order at 7.00 P.M. by Chairman Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Dumke and Tomczyk.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's Licenses.

Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend Council approval of the above
listed persons. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend approval of a Special Class "B"
Permit for the Muskego Icetronauts for October 14, 1979. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve a charge of $50.00,per hour for legal
fees for court work. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried.
The committee reviewed a claim from Lt. DuWayne Dzibinski in the
amount of $63.50 for the replacement of his glasses which were
broken while on duty. Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve the claim.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The committee reviewed a request from Chief Scholz to have Sgt
John Johnson attend the Pro-Active Firearms Training Seminar to be
held in Madison. The registration fee is $25.00 and it is estimated
approve the request. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
that other costs would amount to $50.00. Ald. Tomczyk moved to

Conley, McDonald & Sprague Company who audits the city's accounts.

The committee reviewed the vouchers. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend

approval of the general vouchers in the amount of $109,446.43.
