MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 10, 1979
Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk, Dumke and Ford.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 7:30 P.M.
Mrs. Audrey Oschmann appeared to apply for a Class "B" Fermented
Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License to operate the
Heads Up Tavern. Ald. Ford moved to recommend to the Comnon
Liquor license for Audrey Oschmann subject to the condition that
Council the approval of a C1ass"B" Fermented Malt and Intoxicating
the previous owner Steven Oschmann does not manage or tend bar.
Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of "Gathering" Permits for
St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church for August 5, 1979 for St. Leonards
Church for July 28 and 29, 1979. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk.
Little Muskego Lake Association applied for a "Gathering" Permit
for Funfest to be held at Idle Isle July 13 thru July 15, 1979.
Ald. Dumke moved for approval of a water ski jumping permit
Fitzgerald. Ald. Dumke moved for approval. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. for Idle Isle for July 13th thru July 23, 1979 requested by Michael
The committee reviewed a renewal for a dump refuse hauling
application form Waste Managementof Wisconsin Inc. Ald. Dumke
moved to recommend to Council approval of above. Seconded by
Ald. Tomezyk. Motion carried.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's License:

Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of Operator's
Motion carried.
Licenses for the above listed persons. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk.
Vouchers in the amount of $101,088.15 were reviewed. Ald. Dumke
moved to recommend approval of payment. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
