FCM19790522FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 22, 1979 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 7:OO P.M. Also present were committee members Tomczyk and Dumke. Following the review of the Police Report on Swatek Sales Cor- poration, Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of a Class A Beer License to the Swatek Sales' Corporation (Pump & Save). Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried. The committee reviewed Resolution #110-79 authorizing the lease of equipment from the water patrolman for the City of Muskego. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried. The committee discussed with City Attorney John Buckley the Ald. Dumke moved to recommend to the Common Council to pay requested $2,000.00 reimbursement for his office expenses. The committee also discussed with Atty. Buckley possible salary those expenses. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried. for the future city attorney. Discussion took place regarding Resolution #105-79 Authorizing Ald. Tomczyk moved to recormend adoption of the resolution. the Razing of the Former Police Building on Janesville Road.
