MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 27, 1979
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Chairman Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Ford and Schaumberg and Ald. Tomczyk.
Ald. Ford moved to recommend approval of Operator's Licenses for
Jeanette Heckert, Janet Lass, Harry Chic, Jr., Keith Filter, Sr.
and Keith Filter, Jr. Seconded by Ald Schaumberg. Motion carried
Ald. Ford moved to approve the separation of Police Account 52000-
3215, Supplies and Expenses - Administration into the following
accounts :
52000-3215 Supplies and Expenses - Administration
52000-3216 Supplies and Expenses - Field Operations
52000-3217 Supplies and Expenses - Records & Communications
Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve the $14.10 monthly cost of.
the pay phone at the Police Department with the understanding that
the Police Department will be billed for it. The monthly charge is
number of calls per month set for them for no billing charges.
Seconded by Ald. Ford. Motion carried.
Ald. Ford moved to defer action on the proposed lease buy agreement
between the Police Department and Madison Leasing for an Olivetti
1600 copy machine. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Motion carried.
The committee acknowledge a letter from William A. Kraklow, dated
3/15/79, regarding the city's rental of his pole barn.
The committee acknowledged cancellation of the permit bond to maintaina holding tank at the former Bob and Sissy's Tavern on
Kelsey Dr. and Racine Ave. The new owner will be required to post
a new bond.

period from March 1, 1979 to February 29, 1980. Seconded by Ald.
Ford. Motion carried.
Ald. Ford moved to recommend approval of payment of vouchers in
the amount of $700,891.43. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Ford. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
