MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 2, 1978
The meeting was called to order at 7 30 P.M. Present were Aldermen
Schaumberg and Dumke.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's Licenses.

Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of the above applicants,
subject to receipt of favorable fingerprint reports. Seconded by Ala..
Schaumberg, motion carried.
Police Chief Kraus and Lieutenants Zabel and Scholz were present to
discussion, Ald. Dumke moved to increase the salary of Chief Kraus by discuss their proposal for 1978 salaries. Following considerable
12% ($24,299.00 per yr.) and to increase the salaries of the lieutenants
by 10% ($20,565.00.) The motion lost for lack of a second. The matter
will come to the Council table without recommendation.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of a "Gathering" Permit
for Little Muskego Lake Association for August 18, 19 and 20, 1978 for
Idle Isle and for August 19, 1978 at Jensen Park. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
Motion carried.
