MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD JUNE 12, 1978
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 P.M., by Chairman Gottfried.
Also present were Alderman Ford, Seegar Swanson Jr., of Ehlers and
Assoc. Inc., and City Clerk Bowyer. Absent, Ald. Schaumberg and
Dumke .
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss with the city's financial
consultant, Mr. Swanson, Resol #110-78, Authorizing the City of
Muskego to Borrow the Sum of $500,000.00 Pursuant to Sec. 67.12 (12)
of the Wis. Statutes for Corporate Purposes.
Mr. Swanson reviewed the contents of the notice of sale, expressly
agent, delivery and sale date.
Since there was not a quorum present no action was taken by this
committee.
The meeting was therefore adjourned at 6:50 P.M.
