MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 25, 1978
Meeting called to order at 7:25 P.M. by chairman Schaumberg. Present were
Aldermen Ford, Dumke and Tomczyk, City Clerk Bowyer and custodian, Ben Shira.
*Alderman Ford moved to recommend Council approval of a bartenders license
for John Helm. Motion seconded by Alderman Schaumberg, motion carried.
Mrs. Bowyer and Mr. Shira discussed with the committee the problem of
vandalism taking place at City Hall during the evening hours by individuals
using the downstairs meeting room. The committee will consider the
possibility of a part-time custodian during the evening hours at City Hall.
The committee will also discuss at its next meeting custodian services
for the new Police Station.
Alderman Ford moved to approve Library vouchers in the amount of $9,539.60.
Motion seconded by Alderman Dumke, motion carried.
