MEETING HELD JANUARY 10, 1978
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Mayor Gottfried at 7:30 P.M.
Present were comnittee members Schaumberg.and Dumke. Also present
were Atty. John Buckley and Chief Kraus.
Mr. Wally Bohrer, Jr. and Atty. Krieger appeared to discuss their
concern of the Liquor License held by Robert Montgomery at the former
Lakeview Gardens Tavern. Action was deferred for two weeks.
Joy Ann Badano of Milwaukee appeared for approval of an Operator's
License. Ald. Schaumberg moved for approval subject to her fingerprint
report. Ald. Dumke seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Walter Clemens appeared concerning a license for Far West Disposal.
Motion was made by Ald. Schaumberg, seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved for approval of the Bid from E. J. Salentine for
four new 1978 Catalina model Squad Cars at the cost of $19,395.96 with
, a trade in of two Squad Cars. Ald. Schaumberg seconded the motion,
motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved two reccomend to the council approval of a lease
agreement between CIT Leasing.Corp. and City of Muskego for a Copy
machine for the Police Department. Ald. Dumke seconded the motion,
motion carried.
